No-Bake Chocolate Almond Oat Bars

Easy, no-bake chocolate snack bar loaded with healthy ingredients for a sweet, delicious, satisfying treat that everyone will love.

  • 1 cup smooth almond butter
  • cup honey
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 cups rolled old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup chopped toasted almonds
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chopped (about 1¼ cups)
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt


  1. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Line with parchment and leave 2 inches of overhang on 2 sides.
  2. Melt almond butter, honey, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often for about 5 minutes stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring until chocolate has melted and ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared dish and refrigerate until chocolate hardens, at least 3 hours and up to 1 day.
  5. Run a knife around edges to loosen an use parchment to lift from the pan and transfer to a cutting board. Cut into 24 bars, 3 across one side and 8 down other.
